Sales Foundation is a sales and marketing consultancy founded by Kent Laws and Gil Gingell.
Both directors have advertising and direct marketing agency backgrounds. As The Sales Foundation Manifesto explains, both also realised that agencies have either missed or refused to acknowledge the rise of the sales driven client. Founded agency Harrison Laws Crossman at the age of 27 where he was responsible for client services and new business. HLC grew to become a £1million agency in two years. It was here Kent first tested the theory which has become Sales Foundation, working with clients to focus on the areas in a sales model which were underperforming. Previously Kent has worked at WCRS, Limbo/BBH and Sky Television.

Former Chief Finance Officer EMEA at McCann-Erickson. Prior to that Gil was Executive Commercial Director of McCann UK. Gil has overseen the purchase of numerous businesses for the group and has been at the forefront in their development. Since leaving McCann Worldwide he has co-founded companies in Direct Marketing and Experiential Marketing
